All of our Hi-tec shoes are in standard US sizing and most people take the same sizes as they do in a regular running shoe. The smallest Hi-tec shoe is a size men's size 5.

In general the Adidas fencing shoes are on the narrow side so most people find that it is best to order a half size larger than you would take in a regular running shoe. The smallest adidas shoe is a men's size 5.
